Created: 18th June 2020

Jarrah Technology Games (“Company”, “We”, or “JT”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you play games/applications created by us or use Jarrah Technology websites. The policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

We use 3rd parties to facilitate the purchase and download of our games/applications. We do not provide such services directly and do not store or collect any financial or payment information. These (and other) 3rd party services are detailed (along with links to their privacy policies) in the How We Share Information & 3rd Parties section. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing information on or through them.

How Information Is Collected

We collect information from and about users either directly from you when you provide it to us, or automatically when you use certain parts of our websites or games/applications.
The technologies we use for automatic information collection from our websites and games/applications may include: cookies; web beacons; and periodic web requests. A cookie is a small file placed on your device. It may be possible to refuse to accept cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain functionality. Our emails may contain web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) - small electronic files that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related statistics. Our games/applications may send periodic web requests to online servers in order to track how the game/application is being used and to detect bugs.

What Information Is Collected

When you use our websites or games/applications, we may ask you to provide, or collect automatically, information:
  • By which you may be personally identified, such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline.
